Rates and Services
You will only be responsible for your co-payment at each visit. An HSA/FSA, credit card or debit card will be required to remain on file on the client portal for payment. Occasionally, some insurance plans have an in-network deductible. If this is the case, you will be responsible to pay in full until your deductible has been met. We currently accept commercial plans. including Anthem, Aetna, Humana, WellCare, and United Healthcare. We are currently accepting Medicaid plans as well, we do not accept Medicare.
Initial Evaluation
The starting point session to therapy services provided online or in-person. This is a requirement designated of all potential clients seeking therapy treatment services with Healing Journey Therapy Services, LLC.

Individual Session
All follow-up sessions whether online or in-person. This is designated for individual existing clients for continuing therapy sessions. During which individuals are able to process and explore their thoughts. As well as collaboratively work with the therapist to establish and evaluate goals, etc. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

During which individuals are able to process and explore their thoughts. As well as, collaboratively work with the therapist to establish and evaluate goals, etc. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Relationship Session
(i.e., Marriage, Couples, Family, etc.)
An opportunity to utilize a mental health professional for your educational, workshop, class and group needs. Providing researched and effective content centered around a variety of therapeutic, mental health and parenting topics including effective communication, positive parenting skill building, emotional regulation, self-care, stress management, mindfulness techniques, ACEs and trauma-informed support.
